'Love is Sweet' On The Day Coordination

​The ‘Love is Sweet’ package allows for 3 hours of assistance for your day. We’ll also take care of the follow ups with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors.

$710 + Travel | Includes: 3 service hours on the day plus approximately 6-8 hours behind the scene work, 1 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager. Assistants an additional $400.00.

‘Love Conquers’ On The Day Coordination

For the larger weddings it’s going to be a lot more work than what you may want to deal with on your day. The ‘Love Conquers’ package allows for more comprehensive help for your day. We’ll take care of the follow ups with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors.

$1,895 + Travel | Includes: 8 service hours on the day plus approximately 6-8 hours behind the scene, 2 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager. Assistants an additional $500.00.

‘Cherish’ On The Day Coordination

The ‘Cherish’ package allows for 5 hours of assistance for your day. We’ll also take care of the follow ups with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors.

$1,184 + Travel | Includes: 5 service hours on the day plus approximately 6-8 hours behind the scene work, 1 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager. Assistants an additional $400.00.

Pack Down – Same Day Packdown & Delivery Service

You’ve enjoyed your perfect day and now it’s time to pack everything away. Not exactly the first thing on your mind. Quite often venues will have same day or next day “bump out” requirements for your event. To save you having to pack your reception down the day after, we can look after this for you and deliver to your door so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

 

From $350.00 | Includes: Same day/next day pack down (depending on venue & times), delivery to an address within Brisbane Metro area. Price will vary with amount of equipment/if travel is required.
