On The Day Coordination

Our On The Day Coordination is tailored to ensure your event planning and on the day runs smoothly. 

 

We take care of the behind the scene details before the day; from confirming each vendors booking, tailor a detailed run sheet to circulate to your vendors, look after the follow ups with your vendors and all the other little bits that pop up before the day. 

We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to

structure your formalities and be the go to person on the day.

 

The behind the scene hours total approximately 6-8.

We also provide: 1-2 preparation meetings and unlimited

email and phone correspondence

 

What it costs:

$230 per hour on the day for 1 Event Manager + travel

Additional Assistants $140 per hour

Covid Safe Planner - Add on Service

This COVID Safe Planner ADD ON is when the full 'On the Day Coordination' Package is booked. If you only need the COVID Safe Planner the full Covid Package needs to be purchased

 

As a Wedding and Events Professional, we have a COVID Safe Plan for any event that isn't held within a venue.

 

The Queensland Government requires vendors that hold a Covid Safe plan to ensure the event is safe to attend. We will take care of all checklists required, including collection of all names on entering, providing sanitiser, ensuring all rules are abided by throughout the event - including social distancing. We also discuss with the client the appropriate set up of the event to ensure social distancing can be applied.

 

We will stay for the duration of your event or until there is 10 or less guests to match in with the current restrictions.

 

What it Costs:

On the Day Coordination hourly charge plus $70 per hour for 1 Event Manager

 

Additional Assistants $50 per hour

Covid Safe Planner
